Join our team as a Service Readiness Analyst and play a key role in ensuring Lenovo products are ready to deliver exceptional customer service from day one. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early career professionals to gain hands-on experience in product development, global service operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Offering Development Teams (ODTs) to define service requirements that ensure products are high-quality, easy to diagnose, and cost-effective to maintain.Support global readiness efforts prior to product launch, including:Coordinating worldwide spare parts availabilityAssisting with training programs for service techniciansEnsuring service offerings are ready for quotingPublishing support materials (documentation, codes, tips) for customers and service partnersHelping implement support plans that enhance customer satisfactionContribute to product design improvements aimed at reducing warranty costs over time.Provide input on service strategies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fieldMaster’s degree is a plus but not requiredInternship or project experience in customer support, product development, or technology servicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFlexibility to work occasional non-traditional hours to support global teams (e.g., in Beijing, Taiwan, and the U.S.)Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC at least 3 days per weekApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. We are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.Preferred Qualifications:
