Your role:

You will support the Service Engineering Product Managers in various activities relating to the serviceability engineeringYou will take over and manage update-handling activities for various products. This includes participation in steering meetings, creation of upgrade instructions, monitoring of upgrade performanceYou organize and moderate regular international information and synchronization meetings with adjacent processes (e.g. Knowledge Transfer Meetings)You take over the creation and coordination of necessary service information/documentation

Your expertise:

You have a degree in a technical fieldIdeally, you have initial professional experience in various service areas with direct or indirect customer contact as well as experience with IT systems, preferably in the healthcare sectorYou think in a technically future-oriented way and are extremely goal-oriented in the implementation of identified potentials (Service Requirements in our products)You have a good knowledge of communication and presentation techniques and therefore possess confident and diplomatic negotiating skillsYou are characterized by self-motivation and high performance standards.
