Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Deep understand healthcare growth strategies as well as healthcare OEM commercial model.

2. Provide professional insights by deep understanding ULS customer pain points and needs by different accounts level, understand ULS from clinic side preferred

3.By working with finance, delivery and sales to design offering including offering content, offering value story and pricing and set up go to market strategy Work with Equipment team to set up POS offering (service contract selling along with equipment)

4.Drive Revenue and Order growth with sales team by sounding margin and improve Capture Rate of service contract for install base

5. As key member in service product team, work with product GM and other key product members to develop next year develop plan and 3-5 years plan

6. Work with global modality to leverage global strategy or knowledge to grow China service

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ healthcare in manage level working (healthcare service product working experience is preferred)

2. Deep understanding service modality ULS preferred

3. Good finance knowledge and excellent commercial sense and insight

4. Collaborative attitude, open-minded and good communication skill 

5. Excellent written and oral English skill Great learning capability
