Join our Gas Technology Services team!

In the last few years Gas Technology Services has increased significantly the investments dedicated to product development. This role is for a proactive, experienced and technically skilled product leader with a passion for innovation and product management.

Play a pivotal role

You will be responsible for managing the Aero GT product line, collaborating with the other GTS functions. You will bring in-depth knowledge of Aero gas turbines and their applications in Service business and be the reference point across the GTS organization for all strategic initiatives relevant to the product line 

You will also be responsible for:

Aero GT Product Lifecycle Management, from idea generation to product roadmaps creation, product development, industrialization, Go-To-Market, maintenance and product discontinuationDriving the LRP process, cooperating with Growth & Strategy, Sales and Commercial teams to gather Market trends, Voice of Customer and defining NPD investments and business casesDriving the execution of NPD programs with GE Aerospace and BH EE/GTS Engineering in agreement with BH NPD processCollaborating with Aero Alliance JV, GE Aerospace, GE Vernova, GTS Engineering team and Service Repair Product Leadership to help define the overall repair strategy Cooperating to define and deploy the Service models of Aero GT product lines

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or collegeExperience with NPD process and IET product line Service/Product experience across IET fleet for product and services related to our key technologiesTechnical knowledge of gas turbines, with special regards to Aero GTsKnowledge of IET market dynamics & customer processesSelf motivation and be results orientedLanguages: English and Italian fluencyAvailability for frequent travelingStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong networking skills: able to align and engage regions on a shared visionAbility to influence multiple stakeholders
