We are hiring for a Product & Business Process Optimization Specialist for the Global Product Services (GPS) within our Services and Solution group.You will be reporting to the Director of SSG GPS Service Portfolio.
This role is open in Slovakia and Serbia.
What You will be doing:Review and optimize existing processes within GPS to reduce inefficienciesDevelop and implement solutions for process improvementSupport optimization in key areas:GPS requirements during ISG hardware product developmentISG Service Product creationGPS infrastructureReview and support processes for New, Unique, Different, or Difficult (NUDD) ISG productsDevelop ISG hardware support processes for NUDD products, ensuring alignment with SSG support delivery and GPS product teams

Basic Excel skills (not advanced, but comfortable with spreadsheets)Ability to create flowchartsAble to quickly grasp processes and explain how things workExperience with data analytics is a plus.
