YOUR TASKSHandle personal enquiries at reception counter and transfer them correctly and timely.Making efforts to listen and understand the customer (both internal and external); giving high priority to customer satisfaction.Work independently and make accountable logical decision. Ability to analyze situations and feedback any irregularities later to her superior.Expressing ideas effectively in individual and group situations (including nonverbal communication); adjusting language or terminology to the characteristics and needs of the audience.Accomplishing tasks through concern for all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; maintaining watchfulness over a period of time.Maintain records of visitors.
