Job Description

We are a trusted Mechanical service provider specializing in commercial multifamily projects across the Lower Mainland. Known for our technical expertise and commitment to quality, we’re expanding our team to meet growing demand and are looking for skilled Plumbing professionals to join us. We are hiring Journeyman Service Plumber to perform service, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of commercial plumbing systems. This is a full-time position that can lead into a Service Plumber division lead role.

Responsibilities

Service, repair, and maintain Plumbing systems on commercial sites.Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.Perform drain cleaning.Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.Complete service documentation accurately.Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.Travel to job sites across the Lower Mainland.

Essential Skills

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.Red Seal Journeyman Certification.3+ years of experience in Plumbing service, repairs, and maintenance.Ability to commute throughout the Lower Mainland.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Gas B certification.HVAC ticket.

Work Environment

Our service area extends from Abbotsford to Squamish, with the majority of work concentrated in Aldergrove. Travel is billable for service work but not for projects. This role involves working on a variety of commercial plumbing systems and participating in a rotating on-call schedule in the future.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
