Due to continued growth and expansion, we are excited to welcome an additional Service Planner to our dynamic Sydney-based team in a permanent, full-time role.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity where you will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. As a Service Planner, you’ll be at the heart of the business  coordinating field teams, optimising schedules, supporting customer outcomes and ensuring service excellence is delivered every day.

What you’ll be responsible for:Planning, organising, and scheduling regular field service activities across the Ambius teamEnsuring all Service Technician visits are scheduled within agreed timeframes and reporting variances to your Line ManagerCoordinating installations and jobs to meet divisional expectations and deadlinesResponding to customer service enquiries and complaints, arranging non-routine service calls where requiredManaging all service-related administration, documentation, and routing for entry into the Branch Contracts Computer SystemEnsuring technician daily routines and service activities are accurately recordedProducing operational and performance reports, including service status, job progress, technician productivity, customer history, and retentionMaintaining reporting spreadsheets within required timeframes
What we’re looking for:Excellent phone manner and customer focusStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident computer skills and attention to detailAbility to provide clear instructions and coordinate multiple prioritiesStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsExcellent time management and organisational capabilityPrevious experience in a similar role or within a fast-paced office environment
