Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Service Operations Technician I to join their team. As a Service Operations Technician I, you will be part of the production team supporting various robotic systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Service Operations Technician I
**Location:** Peachtree Corners, GA
**Pay Rate:** $22.00
**Shift:** Mon.-Fri., 4:00pm-12:30am (5-days, 8-hours), _OT is possible based on business needs._
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform repair of complex electro-mechanical assemblies per applicable work instructions.
+ Aid with failure analysis and final testing of assemblies while properly documenting findings.
+ Communicate the status of repairs with leads/supervisors and other departments as necessary.
+ Adhere to GDP guidelines when completing all documentation and initiate material requests.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly workstation meeting all 6S standards.
**What's Needed?**
+ 0-1 years of related experience or an associate degree in a STEM field.
+ Ability to read, write, and understand English.
+ Proficient use of computers and associated programs.
+ Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle small parts and hand tools.
+ Ability to work varying shifts in a team environment.
