Job Summary
The Service Operations Assistant supports the Service Operations Manager and store leadership by assisting with front‑end operations, administrative tasks, scheduling support, and customer service functions. This role helps ensure efficient daily operations, compliance with company policies, and a positive customer and associate experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront‑End & Service Operations
Support daily front‑end operations, including checklanes, customer service desk, and self‑checkout Assist with resolving customer concerns and service issues in a timely and professional manner Ensure front‑end areas are clean, organized, and customer‑readyAdministrative & Scheduling Support
Assist with associate scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking Support payroll accuracy and administrative reporting as assigned Maintain operational documentation and department recordsAssociate Support & Compliance
Assist with onboarding coordination, training support, and policy reinforcement Ensure compliance with company procedures, cash handling standards, and service policies Partner with leadership on associate communication and follow‑up tasksCash Handling & Controls
Support cash office activities, including tills, cash pickups, deposits, and audits as assigned Monitor compliance with cash handling and loss prevention procedures Assist with investigating discrepancies and documenting findingsOperational & Store Support
Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned Provide backup support to the Service Operations Manager as needed Collaborate with store leadership to support overall store operations and goals
