Service Now - Project Manager
Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. Experience in the utilities sector is a strong plus |• Manage the day-to-day execution of the ServiceNow implementation project. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery. • Facilitate requirements gathering, scope definition, and change control processes. • Track progress against milestones and deliverables, reporting status to leadership. • Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, IT standards, and compliance requirements. • Support user training, testing, and deployment activities. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing ServiceNow implementations. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet). • PMP, Scrum Master, or ServiceNow certifications are a plus. • Experience implementing ServiceNow in a utility or energy sector environment. • Familiarity with utility-specific operational and regulatory requirements. • Experience with legacy system integration and data migration. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
