Job Responsibilities
The Job Roles and responsibilities include the following (but not limited to): -
Develop, Configure & Customize: Adapt the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs through moderate development and configuration tasks.Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements.Write & Review Code: Write clean, efficient code, with involvement in regular code reviews and quality checks.Debug & Test: Troubleshoot issues and participate in developing test cases to ensure functionality.Document & Stay Updated: Document code and stay up-to-date with evolving ServiceNow trends and best practices.Platform Configuration: Customize standard modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management through forms and workflows.Integration & Support: Assist in implementing system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support the troubleshooting of technical issues in production.Contributing to the Service Line Organization:Share best practices and successful strategies with the Service Line Organization to enhance their respective practice across the Service Line Organization and Verticals.Participate in the development of training materials and guidelines based on best practices for their respective and related practices.Requirements & Behavioral Attributes:
Professional Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Good understanding of ITSM processes with hands-on experience in Incident and Change Management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage small projects and deliver tasks within deadlines.

Work Environment
The candidate should demonstrate flexibility in accommodating work hours according to client time-zone requirements.This position operates within standard 9-to-5 working hours adjusted to the client's time zone.
