Lieferprozesse, Rollen, Compliance). + Identifikation und Eskalation von Risiken an das Management. + Steuerung von Projektlieferung, Umfang und Kosten unter übergeordneter Aufsicht. + Verantwortung für den Abschluss des Projekts. **Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Management** + Aufbau und Pflege von Stakeholder-Beziehungen. + Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines Kommunikationsplans. **Change Management** + Analyse der Auswirkungen von Veränderungen. + Förderung von Akzeptanz und Unterstützung im Unternehmen. + Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Schulungsmaßnahmen. **Evaluierung und Optimierung** + Bewertung der Projektergebnisse anhand von Erfolgskennzahlen. + Empfehlung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen in Prozessen, Ressourcen und Lösungen. + Regelmäßige Berichterstattung und Bereitstellung von Teamkennzahlen. **Qualifikationen** + Bachelorabschluss in Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich (oder gleichwertige Erfahrung). + Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Software- und/oder Produktentwicklung. + Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
