Fountain Tire Calgary (Moraine Road), an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the techniciansProvide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have receivedRecommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customersEnsure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

 

What does it take to get on track?

2 years experience in the automotive repair or tire industry in a service advisory role is an assetEffective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendationsWorking knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical servicesMust possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s AbstractExcellent customer service and a great attitude are a mustA team player who takes pride in their work
