Service Manager - Home Services\n

Position Summary: Oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including the management of revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance. Ensure uncompromised service to customers and Team Members with a commitment to our Vision, Mission, and Core Values.\n

Essential Functions:\n\nEnsure compliance with product labels, licensing, recurring training requirements, and existing company policies \nFoster and enforce a consistent culture of safety in line with our core values\nDrive commitments within your team to provide uncompromised customer service\nResolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally\nCreate and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales budgets\nDaily oversight of expenditures that impact profit\nManage daily and monthly production goals\nCreate a positive sales culture that facilitates the achievement of Service Center goals \nAdhere to company pricing and sales guidelines\nManage accounts receivable process\nProcess accounts payable invoices and checks for accuracy\nManage cash funds, company credit card(s), and expense reports\nAssess and negotiate customer warranty claims\nManage payroll and HR-required activities\nMaintain effective staffing levels by hiring for open positions and forecasting for future needs\nRegularly lead performance feedback and reviews\nExplain & train on compliance, inspection, treatment, materials and sales procedures \nConduct routine Check-ins of Team Members\nMaintain records within company and government guidelines for Team Members, the Service Center, and customers\nManage and maintain fleet, equipment, and material inventory\nConduct Monthly Truck Inspections\nEnter vehicle maintenance into Pest pac monthly\nOther duties as required\nMaintain Service center needs from Cleanliness to Cosmetically \nTroubleshoot Customer accounts\nManage Afterhours\/Weekend calls as needed\nManage Service Employees Daily\nWork Closely With H.E's \n\n

Minimum Qualifications:\n\nIndustry experience (preferred)\nDemonstrated leadership abilities\nEffective verbal and written communication \nConflict resolution\nEffectively operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other web-based portals)\nProven track record in achieving sales results\nProven ability to multi-task\nStrong organizational skills\nBasic math skills\nAbility to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing\/certification exams\nAble to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week,\nAccessible after hours (including weekends\/holidays)\nPossess a current Driver's License in the state where you work\nMeets company driving standards \nHigh school degree or equivalency, college preferred\n\n

The work environment and physical demands described below are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing essential functions of this job. \n\nConstant mobility including walking, crawling, stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, looking, probing, climbing, pushing, pulling, balancing, stretching and standing for long periods\nClimbing into attics and crawling in crawlspaces\nDaily physical labor\nLifting up to 50lbs\nDriving of automatic vehicle\nWorking with Wild animals- Raccoons, Possums, Rats, Mice, Snakes, Bats, Flying Squirrels, Grey Squirrels, and More.\n\n

Environmental Factors:\n\nWork both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions\nMay withstand extreme conditions such as heat in an attic in Summer or chill of a crawlspace in Winter\nExposure to vegetation, dust, dirt, insects and animal remains\nSome work in cramped spaces\n\n
