+ Zone Service Target Achievement: Accountable for after-sales service revenue, parts sales, customer satisfaction, and other metrics within the assigned Zone.
+ Service Policy Implementation & Execution: Ensure effective execution of company after-sales service policies, warranty regulations, and parts supply policies at the dealer level within the Zone.
+ Dealer Service Guidance: Guide dealers in improving service quality, optimizing service processes, and provide technical support and parts management advice.
+ Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: Monitor Zone customer service feedback, assist dealers in handling complex service complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction.
+ Service Quality Control: Regularly inspect dealer service facilities, tools, and personnel qualifications to ensure compliance with company service standards.
+ Parts Sales Support: Assist dealers in increasing parts sales and optimizing parts inventory.
+ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Zone Sales Manager and Zone Marketing Manager to ensure synergy across sales, marketing, and service within the Zone.
+ Support to develop regional VM plan: Support to develop regional VM plan, ensure the plan fulfillment to achieve target.
+ Dealer visit plan submission: Propose weekly dealer visit plan base on current business needs, work out visit objective and align with regional manager. Submit visit report in time after dealer visit.
+ 5+ years of experience in automotive after-sales service, with at least 2 years in regional marketing management.
+ Strong capabilities in service management, technical support, and communication/coordination
+ Familiarity with automotive service processes, parts management, and technical support.
+ Ability to travel as required, mobile
+ Can do attitude and team spirit; Able to think strategically, willing and able to roll up his/her sleeves to help implement
+ Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders
+ Dealing with Ambiguity - Ability to deal with uncertainty
+ Good analytical abilities and can pick up new systems / tools quickly
+ Ability to communicate a business vision for internal and external partners including goals & results
+ Ability to handle multiple assignments and projects concurrently
