Job Description:
The Service Line Operations Manager leads and directs daily oversight of projects/teams under the direction of the Service Line Leadership This leader deploys regional strategic initiatives into operations that require close integration across multiple functional and divisional areas within the organization. This leader is responsible for overseeing, planning, executing, and closing out service line initiatives and projects according to defined goals, objectives, scope, schedules, and budgets. This leader collaborates with process owners (such as a Clinical Program or Market Operations Director), leaders and executive sponsors to support successful realization of local and service line strategic initiatives.

Essential Functions
Strategic initiatives leadership: Supports development and successful execution of multi-year Service Line strategy for operational, clinical and financial metrics.Supports markets in achieving financial metrics through evaluating and achieving key operational best practices; supports market leaders in maintaining financial literacy relative to the service line industry trends; understands and adheres to all financial policies and proceduresProvider engagement: Supports market leaders to engage providers in development and adoption of best practices, clinic design, and productivity models, that support healthy practices while maintaining engagement.Project Management: Partners with market leadership to support key initiatives of project implementationPatient care delivery systems: Understands clinical policies and procedures, service line patient care delivery standards and ensures patient care is delivered in accordance with these delivery systemsSupports markets in tracking key indicators of performance by obtaining data and developing standardized reports.Supports market and practice leaders in deploying operational standards (e.g. expected productivity, shifts, panel size, etc.)Develops & executes action plans to achieve physician, APP, and caregiver engagement within Service Line.Skills

Proven experience in a progressive healthcare related leadership role leading teams at various sitesExperience developing and implementing service line strategiesDemonstrated strong analytical and reporting skillsExperience managing large programs and projectsDemonstrated advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database management and project management tools, e.g.: MS Office Suite.Experience leading change-management, including best practices and methodologiesExperience influencing and collaborating with other leaders without direct authorityPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare management, or healthcare related discipline. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.Physical Requirements
Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy.
