Apply now for the position of Service Key Account Manager and you will serve as the primary service liaison for our Key Account hospital partners, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role requires strong relationship management, service coordination, and reporting capabilities to support the long-term success of strategic hospital partnerships.
Your role:
You will coordinate for service-related matters for Key Account hospitals together with Customer Service (CS) Team.You will conduct regular check-ins and visits to assess service needs and proactively resolve issues.You will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the hospital stakeholders.You will act as a service advocate in all Key Account engagements.You will understand customer pain point and find solution together with CS and Key Account Managers.You will communicate preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibration services to minimize operational disruptions together with CS Team.You will collaborate closely with Customer Service (CS) Operation team to ensure high equipment uptime and performance.You will monitor and manage service contracts and warranty obligations for all Key Account sites in coordination with CS.You will encourage customer of using Service Siemens Healthineers Platform as a value added for customer (i.e Teamplay Fleet, Connectivity).You will ensure services are delivered in a scalable, sustainable, and cost-conscious manner, (cost efficiency while delivery high quality of service).You will prepare and deliver weekly service performance reports every Monday, covering service KPIs, open issues, and calibration status to KAM and CS.You will identify opportunities for service improvement and recommend actionable solutions.You will identify service contracts and extra services.
Your expertise:
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical / Engineering is preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in biomedical engineering department in a hospital, technical support, service coordination or healthcare operations,Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.Proficiency in MS Office and or CRM/service management tools.
