This Position reports to:

Finance Manager

 

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collect and analyze financial metrics. Each day, you will identify trends and problems and communicate information to relevant groups. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending actions to improve the financial performance of the specific factory/manufacturing site.
 

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

Performing analyses of business performance versus plan and proposing improvement actions.Benchmarking of key performance indicators with industry competitors and similar sites within ABB.Preparing financial modelling for various hypotheses and assessing impact to the factory with special focus on product / business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis / inventory analysis.Supporting the preparation of the relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting and providing information to the management by gathering and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.Our Team Dynamics

Qualifications for the RoleMust have Matric with a Financial qualification NFQ 65-7 years of relevant experience in FinanceProficiency in MS OfficeYou are at ease communicating with various levels in the organization internally and cross functionallyYou are at ease communicating in English
