Job Overview:
The Perioperative Service Excellence Rep's primary responsibility is to serve as CBMC's liaison between Perioperative areas patients and family the institution as a whole. The Service Excellence Rep provides a specific channel through which patients can seek solutions to problems, concerns, and unmet needs, in outpatient and PACU settings. The concierge serves as neutral facilitator in gathering patient's perspective, the health care provider/employee's perspective and coordinating/resolving the matter. The concierge is responsible to analyze and prepare reports based on information derived from patient interaction, for institutional use. The concierge is responsible to maintain effective collaborative relationships with nursing, physicians, allied health staff, patients and their families. The Service Excellence Rep will be responsible for escorting patients and family members throughout the perioperative service line, ensuring patients and family members get to the appropriate area.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health related field with 3-5 years experience in social sciences, other health-related professions such as nursing, social work, or counselingResponsibilities:
