ØProvide sound consultation on application and related compliance regulatory standards
ØPerform Installation, commissioning, training, calibration services, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Travel within Philippines is required.
ØPerform engineering adaptations of products, equipment and services.
ØExpand MT’s spares & services business and manage projects, contract services and relationships with customers.
ØGenerate service leads and product cross-leads
ØDevelop competency in product application, segment specified knowledge and regulatory compliance standards. Successful in completing services and assigned service responsibilities, regular updating of service management tools and service reports. Proper managing of service job schedule and service tools. Meeting service sales targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
ØCombine technical knowledge with customer management skills to articulate technology and product positioning to both the business and technical users and ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the service process
ØManaging existing accounts and consistently updating service activities
ØUpdating installed equipment database and CRM
ØSupport cross leads initiatives; check on customers’ investment pipelines.
ØIdentify current and potential customer requirements by establishing personal rapport and understanding key requirements
ØCheck on customers’ requirement for Spare parts, Contract, Repairs and new potentials
ØProvide and present product & technical information to potential and existing customers
ØResponsible for actively driving and managing project pipelines
ØProvide technology evaluation during sales process, working in conjunction with the Sales team. Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for MT products
ØCommunicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields
ØInteract with customers’ engineering teams to illustrate MT’s value propositions
ØResponsible for equipment performance in the field and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
ØDevelop customer's staff by providing technical information and training
ØResponsible for key account management
What You Need to Succeed
·Degree/Diploma in preferable in Chemistry, Engineering, electronics, instrumentations etc from a reputable University
·Instrumentation/Laboratorysalesortechnicalexperiencewouldbepreferred
·Minimum 3 years working experience in a scientific equipment or Technical/Laboratory Service Environment will be preferred
·Independent with a proactive approach to customer management
·Understand project management skills
·Willing to travel (within Philippines)
·Valid driving license
