Our Opening and Your Responsibilities1. Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation. Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers 2. Improve Customer Experience through technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning3. Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Industrial scales / products4. Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs 5. Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operations6. Responsible to build customer relationship7. Lead Industrial Service performance levels by demonstrating organization values through on-field services and through communication skills8. Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organization plan.What You Need to SucceedDiploma or B.E in Electronics / Instrumentation with min. 3-5yrs. Experience in similar fieldSound Knowledge on executing installation and operational qualifications of Instruments as per quality documentation systems and good documentation practices.Experience on Weighing Scales would be a added advantage.Language proficiency: English - Good Verbal and written communication skills are a must. Other local / regional language proficiency would be an advantage.
