Service Engineer, EPMS

In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **What you’ll do:** + Promotes product sales to existing customers and identifies potential new customers. + Develops proposals, assesses customer needs in order to recommend appropriate products/services. + Provides technical support to clients before/after the sale of the product, troubleshoots technical problems. + May provide technical training to customers staff. Recommends product improvements to design staff in response to customer feedback. + Be responsible for EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System) technical support. This includes project implementation, testing and commissioning, technical applications, technical fault analysis and provide solving, + Conduct Technical Training to internal and external Field Engineers and bizSAFE compliance and practice. + Responsible for technical and administrative support activities including network equipment installation, testing, commissioning, repair, modifications, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, engineering change upgrades, etc. + Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained. Maintains communication with R&D Engineers and Specialists in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the R&D department’s attention. + Responsible for specific service contract/s as the single point of contact interfacing into customer organization, while working with sales prime to drive addition sales in those specific service contract/s (including 24x7) and provide services quote when required. + Accountable to customer relationship to deliver best in class services delivered to drive service quality to new height. + Responsible for timely, professional, accurate and service oriented response to all technical enquires. + Identify and isolates equipment start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action. + Conduct On-The-Job Training for customer personnel and possibly dealers in equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities and mentor to all OJT. + Represents the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and servicing. + To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) / Environment Health & Safety (EHS):a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinkingb. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS / EHSc. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS / EHS requirementsd. Ensuring the QMS / EHS meets its goalse. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS /EHSf. Create a culture of continuous improvement" **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree, Software background or equivalent level. + Experience of any of the following 1) to 3) for a period of 3 years or more, better for EPMS or SCADA products. + Field support (network construction, network equipment Installation, support and system start-up, test). + Service support (after-sales service, troubleshooting, etc.). + Large-scale Monitoring System or network construction (Data center, IT monitoring system, electrical device monitoring system, etc.). **Yes!
