Rapporterend aan de Customer Solution Manager Benelux, is de Service Dispatcher/Planner verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van Field Service technici voor verschillende soorten diensten die Hach aan zijn klanten levert. Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met de lokale Service- en Salesteams en maakt deel uit van een BENELUX Dispatch-team om onze klanten te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse behoeften. 

In deze rol ziet een typische dag er als volgt uit: 

Het maken van planningen voor het Field Service-team om preventieve en ad-hocdiensten aan klanten te verlenen. 

Communicatie met klanten via telefoon en e-mail 

Identificatie van de behoeften van klanten en Field Service-team en het bieden van passende oplossingen. 

De functievereisten zijn onder meer:  

Ervaring in plannen en het werken met CRM- en ERP-systemen (SalesForce en ServiceMax) in een service omgeving is een pré. 

Begrijpen hoe service werkt en hoe u het beste met klanten kunt communiceren 

Goede communicatie vaardigheden in de Nederlandse , Engelse en Franse taal.

Reporting to the Customer Solution Manager Benelux, the Service Dispatcher/Planner is responsible for scheduling Field Service technicians for various services that Hach provides to its customers. You will work closely with the local Service and Sales teams daily and be part of a BENELUX Dispatch team to support our customers' daily needs.

In this role, a typical day looks like this:

Scheduling the Field Service team to provide preventive and ad-hoc services to customersCommunicating with customers via phone and emailIdentifying the needs of customers and the Field Service team and providing appropriate solutions

The job requirements include:
