Service Desk Technician

Summary: Seeking a Service Desk Technician to manage and troubleshoot computer-related support processes for optimal performance in IT environments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience Proficiency in English for professional contexts Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system (1-2 years) Knowledge of DNS, FTP, SMTP, TCP/IP, LDAP, VPN PC hardware troubleshooting and repair skills Experience in Microsoft 365 work environment

Preferred Skills:

Formal training and certifications in Microsoft technologies Understanding of IT enterprise infrastructure (networks, systems, telephony)

Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot computer-related support processes Support end users both remotely and onsite Use ServiceNow for logging interactions and escalating issues Maintain end-user environments (workstations, printers, phones) Troubleshoot software/hardware issues via various communication methods

Pay Details: $31.00 to $23.00 per hour
