Requirements:
Experience providing IT support to executive team members
Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues
Ability to participate in off-hour call rotation and travel to remote sites as needed
Preferred Skills:
Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
Familiarity with imaging computers to company standards
Knowledge of supporting IT in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support for executive team members with highest urgency
Support the IT needs of the manufacturing department
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Assess, document, and take ownership of technical support tickets; escalate when necessary
Perform daily checks of meeting rooms to ensure functionality and address any issues
Image and deploy computers to align with company standards
Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
