Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a service desk specialist to work for one of our clients based in the Kansas City area. This is an entry level service desk role where you will be able to grow your knowledge of technology while also providing internal and external customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily tasks such as troubleshooting devices, such as phones, computers, etc as well as doing password resets. This role will allow you to work an hour of over time a day that can be dedicated to studying IT and advancing your knowledge. If you recently graduated with an IT degree, certifications, and come from a customer service background, this role will be perfect for you!

Skills and Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience as a service desk specialist
• Experience troubleshooting phones and doing password resets
• Great customer service skills; coming from a hospitality or sales background would be ideal
• Highly motivated and eager to continue advancing their technology skills • Centriq graduate with certifications (highly preferred)
