What we look for?

We are looking for a Service Desk Incident Manager with 3 years of experience in Customer focused IT or Banking fields to collaborate with a client from the banking sector.

High english level is required.

It is necessary to visit the client's offices in Malaga 3 days a week, and availability to work shifts and occasionally perform on-call duties (is a 24x7 service).

Mandatory requirements:

Experience in dealing with customers and managing conference calls. Good communication skills and initiative. Knowledge of IT service management software and ITIL. Experience with office 365 with Excel competence. Ability to collaborate with team members. Ability to work under pressure. Adaptability to new challenges and eager to learn. Fluent English
