Service Desk Analyst Hybrid | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Our client is expanding their Service Desk team and seeking a dependable, customer‑focused IT professional ready to support a fast‑paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, communicating with end users, and making a real impact on daily operations. Required Skills + 1+ year of Helpdesk or Service Desk experience + Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and Active Directory + Solid troubleshooting abilities and clear communication skills What You’ll Be Doing + Provide support via phone, email, and chat + Troubleshoot issues with Windows devices, PCs, printers, and user applications + Work with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) + Triage and escalate high‑impact incidents + Assist leadership with process improvements and documentation + Support small technical projects as needed + Break down complex IT issues into easy‑to‑understand explanations for end users ️ Schedule & Hybrid Setup + Hybrid: Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays + After 90 days, strong performers may qualify for 2 remote days per week + Hours: Day + Training: 3+ weeks onsite Expectations + Strong reliability and consistent attendance + Professional communication and customer‑focused mindset + Weekly attendance and performance reports provided Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
