Service Desk Analyst
Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to provide basic technical support to users. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues and will help resolve problems related to computers, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Help users with basic IT problems through phone, email, chat, or remote tools

Fix issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office, printers, mobile devices, and network connections

Log all issues and requests in the ticketing system

Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams

Follow IT support procedures and provide great customer service

Keep up to date with IT policies and take part in training
