Role summary:
Plan and coordinate daily deployment activities, ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians, and support the Leader in achieving operational goals. Provide administrative support to service operations, maintain strong team cooperation, and ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Plan and allocate workloads for Service Technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.Supervise technical and safety aspects of service work, ensuring timely, high‑quality completion.Review service reports, worksheets, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.Collaborate closely with internal teams.Participate in weekly coordination meetings and provide updates on backlog, forecast, and priorities.Schedule service jobs, materials, subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of all interventions.Prepare work orders, dispatch technicians, and communicate with customers.Plan and track preventive maintenance activities according to contracts or operational needs.Manage customer orders and documentation in planning systems and Oracle.Oversee end‑to‑end procurement processes: issuing POs, ordering parts, receiving goods, and completing transactions.Maintain accurate databases and administrative records (orders, contracts, sold equipment, claims, invoices, etc.).Support customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and coordinating responses.Handle warranty claim collection and reporting.Log service activities, technical data, and required documentation in tracking systems.Monitor worksheets, quotations, orders, and equipment deliveries; prepare monthly invoicing packages for Service, Parts, and Equipment.Perform quarterly stock checks with the Spare Parts team and reconcile with Oracle.Coordinate logistics of equipment produced in our factories, ensuring accurate delivery planning, tracking, and communication with customers and internal stakeholders.Skills and qualifications:
