Title: Service Delivery Specialist
Permanent role, hybrid role
Location: Dragomiresti/ Bucharest/ Romania
Primary purpose of the role:
The Service Delivery Specialist (SDS) will be responsible for the successful implementation, operation and delivery of the projects, within timeline, budget and quality standards.
The SDS will act as the key interface between Iron Mountain, customer and all relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service execution, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, service management abilities to oversee project execution, ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs), and drive continuous improvements.
The SDS will manage the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle, from contract management to implementation, ongoing support, and performance monitoring. The SDS will report directly to the Operations Manager Central Europe.

Identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities in daily operationsCollaborate with senior team members to document and streamline delivery processesContribute to digitization and automation initiatives within the service lifecycleFunctional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:1-3 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, operations, or Project Management.Experience working with service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, or ticketing systems is a plusStrong communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving mindsetAbility to work both independently and collaboratively across teamsProficiency in MS Excel or data/reporting tools; familiarity with Power BI or ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantageFluent in English (written and spoken)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (technical, business, or service-related field)Additional requirements:
