Qualifications 10+ years of proven track record Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Analyze transitioned services for addition to service catalogue, setting up of service request types and/or workflows, and update of incident categories/types Ensure the service desk is aware of changes and potential effects on delivery of services Manage and control the service desk support and ensure that all operational requirements are delivered Ensure that staffing levels are maintained throughout operational hours and adequately resourced to reflect peaks and troughs in the workload Must have ITIL Expert, ITIL v4 Position details Position title: Service delivery - project coordinator Location: United Arab Emirates Industry: Software engineering Experience required: 7 years About the Company
