About the team
The Services Segment has the capabilities to deliver customized Logistic and In-Service-Support solutions to its customers. Within the Services segment, around 120 employees work day and night to continuously optimize the operational availability of our customers' systems. Within the Service segment, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager / Junior Project Manager.

About your future job
As Service Delivery Manager / Junior Project Manager, you are in daily contact with your internal and external stakeholders and coordinate our service delivery according to contracts and needs. You implement the Service Management Plan and manage the corresponding delivery team. This includes internally related stakeholders as well as external parties performing activities in this as partners or subcontractors.
You monitor the interface and relationship with the customer on the topics and performance belonging to the related services and/or deliverables, including corrective actions in case of deviations.
You are the link between Service Delivery and Service Sales for optimal account management and recognizing and proposing new business opportunities.

You are an enthusiastic and committed professional with a higher professional education (HBO) degree, preferably in a commercial, logistical or business administration field and able to engage easily with various stakeholders.
You are someone who likes to chat, shows interest in others and is curious about how to make everything and everyone work together as well as possible. You take initiative and understand that you get much further together than alone.
You have good verbal and written expression skills in Dutch and English for communication with your colleagues and customers, but also with contractual parties and colleague branches across the border for contract execution as well as knowledge sharing.
You enjoy and have experience in jointly setting up and developing the department and know how to involve and motivate various disciplines. In doing so, you know how to empathize with your customer's world and convey this to your own customer-oriented team.
