Service Delivery Manager (Japanese speaking)

This role ensures continuity in service and may also act as an advocate for the client within the organization. This role supports the business by taking responsibility for overall contract management for medium to large complex client contracts. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, service delivery and contract profitability for their assigned client contracts – can be specific client accounts or a group of accounts. This role may operate across multiple sites or Support Services offerings and is the primary interface managing the services relationship between the client and the organization. This role owns the service governance structure, schedule and run all service management review meetings, and ensure all processes and documentation are in place. The Manager, Service Delivery is a chargeable service in the Uptime Proactive Support Service (PSS) option and is responsible to perform client facing activities in service activation of Uptime Support Services, support and coordinate with GDC in service activation to ensure successful completion. It is the responsibility of this role to identify trends and areas of improvement in service delivery and communicate this information to regional and global stakeholders. This is a people management role responsible for managing, coaching and mentoring Service Delivery Specialists, ensuring achievement of team KPIs. **Key responsibilities:** + **Customer Relationship Management:** + Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. + Understand customer needs and challenges through regular meetings and reviews. + **Technical Support:** + Provide support to resolve customers' technical issues promptly. + Oversight the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of products and services, mainly for IT infrastructure. + **Consulting:** + Propose technical solutions with GTM team which is aligned with customers' business goals. + Offer advice on the adoption of new technologies and products. + **Project Management** **Oversight** **:** + Oversight Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects for specific clients + Report on project progress and make adjustments as necessary. + **Training and Education:** + Provide training to customers on the use of products and services. + Create and deliver technical documentation and guidelines. + **Product Knowledge Acquisition** **:** + Gain comprehensive and detailed knowledge of the company's products. + Stay updated with the latest product features and enhancements. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Experience in technical support or account management. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. + Experience in project management is a plus. + Language skill(Business level) + Japanese, Vietnamese **Nice to Have** + Candidates with CCNA / CCNP certificates... + Candidates with Azure Or AWS certificates + Candidates with Network skill: Implementation & configuration for network equipment for Core switch, Distribution, Access Switch, firewall from makers Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet… + JLPT Japanese Language more than N2 OR TOEIC score more than 785 **Workplace type** **:** **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
