Service Delivery Manager
**Service Delivery Manager** **Location** : **Palm Beach, FL [ 100% Onsite , No Hybrid options available ]** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 15 to 20 years of experience in Delivery Management. The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of projects ensuring they meet client requirements and are completed on time and within budget. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. No travel is required. **Key roles and responsibilities** : · Having exp and knowledge on : Field Service (OSS), End User Computing, Service Desk – DWP areas – · Exp in Data Center, Cloud and transformational projects would be added advantages · Act as the central liaison for all activities of **SD, EUC, OSS/ DSS** with the customers & internal team across the globe · Manage the Service provisioned, and resourcing based on SLAs, Assets, Call Volumes, Site criticality, and customer requirements · Manage leadership escalation from client as well as Internal · Customer discussions on the improvement of service. · Planning and Preparation of IT Process for the Team in order to improve the overall service. · Create Process Document of current service for the customer and the DSS/SD/ RSM staff. · Manage regional resources (Supplier DSS staff & RSMs) assigned to field services delivery · Customer Relationship Management for the services provided · SLA, KPI Management · Lead the continuous service improvement of current service as per the requirements · Manage Risks, Issues and action logs and obtain customer sign offs. · Review with the Energies IDS Business Ambassadors and other IDS departments · Plan engineers for Meeting room readiness **Qualifications** + Possess a strong background in delivery management with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience. + Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. + Exhibit proficiency in project management software tools. + Have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. + Show ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals. + Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2. + Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. + Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. + Show experience in stakeholder management and client relations. + Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills. + Demonstrate the ability to manage project budgets and financials. + Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
