As a Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for:

Lead the operations of Drilling & Completions Fluids Sets up an annual plan for the product line with successful growth and aligns with expected deliverables. Plan the resources to deliver on the set-up targets with efficient, profitable, and compliant ways. Holds responsibility for the financial results of the product line in the country – P&L responsibility. Responsibilities include employee management and talent development, inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, Health Safety and Environmental (HS&E), quality training, planning and budget management.  Execute the Service Delivery Tools as Job Center to manage work activities, job programs and job design in conjunction with the company’s sales and marketing group and/or client’s requirements. Maintain and enhance existing business contracts and customers. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area. Responsible for oversight and enforcement of all HS&E, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, HR, Financial and Compliance policies that relate to area of responsibility. Collaboration with Product Line HQ, Technology teams, builds up relationship that leverage PL HQ expertise. Product Line country team collaboration with other Product Lines in the country/region. Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with our non-negotiable principles and our cultural pillarsCollaborates with sales/communications teams, as well as interact directly with customers in the assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).Ensures the team fully understands the contracts/budgets for their assigned portfolio of work to ensure we fulfill our contracts and collect what we are owed. Supervise the budget and income statement of the area of ​​responsibility.Develops the team in accordance with the competency and training programs for their respective positions, as well as future career plans.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Bachelor's engineering degree, equivalent university degree or combination of education and experience. 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of Profit & Loss experience. Expertise with the DCF Portfolio: Drilling Fluids, Completions Fluids, Solids Control & Waste Management. Expertise in DCF Operations On-shore y Off-Shore (SW y DW). Advance expertise in Microsoft Office and SAP. Direct experience leading and managing teams and demonstrated ability to develop talent. Ability to grow a business and deliver profitable results. Must be action-oriented and customer-focused. Comfortable working in ambiguous environments. Ability to build relationships, engage key stakeholders, and deliver successful projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead by influence, manage change and work in a collaborative, matrix environment with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in Spanish language, English preferably.  Readiness to travel minimum 30% of time Previous experience in country/district operations management role preferred. Extensive understanding of product line(s)/service(s) and extensive understanding of customer requirements and market conditions.
