The PositionAre you an experienced professional with a passion for operational excellence and digital innovation? As a Service Delivery Lead in Roche’s Global Digital Hub, you’ll play a critical role in delivering and optimizing digital content services across Pharma, Diagnostics, and Group Communications. Collaborate with Chapter Leads, Business Partners, operational teams, and vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery, enhanced processes, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations of assigned services, ensuring seamless delivery, capacity planning, and KPI monitoring.Partner with internal teams and external vendors to optimize service models and implement scalable processes.Act as the primary point of accountability for digital content channels, aligning resources to maintain top-tier performance.Lead service performance reporting, incident management, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.Support testing and integration of next-gen technologies, including GenAI, to drive innovation and customer satisfaction.Contribute to stakeholder alignment, cost optimization, and value realization across global and local teams.Participate in recruitment, cross-team collaboration, and key strategic initiatives.Who You Are:
A solutions-driven professional with excellent organizational skills and a proven track record in service delivery or operations management.Adept in stakeholder and vendor management, service governance, KPI tracking, and SLA oversight.Collaborative and customer-focused, with the ability to influence diverse teams and communicate effectively across global networks.Experienced in content management systems (e.g., AEM, Veeva Vault), digital ecosystems, and leveraging tech innovations like GenAI.A strategic thinker who can translate business goals into operational excellence.Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s (or advanced) degree in business, digital marketing, or related fields.Hands-on experience in digital service operations and performance reporting.Strong oral and written communication skills to engage effectively with global stakeholders.Passion for innovation and a proactive approach to solving operational challenges.Why Join Us?
