The Service Delivery Equipment and Product Specialist (SDEPS) ensures flawless execution by coordinating the preparation of all equipment, tools, products, spares and ancillaries according to the job activity requirements and technical plan. The SDEPS contributes to optimizing asset utilization and product availability considering: Assembly Maintenance and Overhaul capacity, asset availability, spares availability, inventory sourcing plans and supply chain capabilities. The SDEPS works closely with AMO and Service Delivery Coordinators, and with the Material Management team.
As our Service Delivery Product and Equipment Specialist you will also be responsible for
Managing transactions internally to ensure demand is met.
Creating delivery tickets to ensure time sensitivity chemicals are where they need to be when they need to be there.
Supporting day to day production and upstream chemistry solutions interfacing with functions and departments including supply chain, product management, procurement, sales and commercial.
Managing 3rd party supply chain, materials and warehousing activities.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage and communicate the process effectively.
Working directly with a key customer to facilitate and support the embedded Production Chemistry team with chemical logistics, pump logistics, purchase requisitions and invoicing.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will
Have a background in Supply chain or materials planning preferably in a chemical related industry.
Be familiar with computer based planning and scheduling tools processing transactions on SAP and Microsoft Suite.
Have experience in dealing with 3rd party contracted suppliers effectively.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrate Norwegian and English language skills.
