Service Delivery Director
**Job Summary** The Service Delivery Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of business relationship management and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to enhance organizational performance. The position offers a hybrid work model with no travel required. Hybrid work location: **Chicago, Illinois** **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and implementation of strategic programs that align with the company's business objectives. + Oversee multiple SAP projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget. + Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives. + Provide guidance and direction to project managers and teams to ensure successful project delivery. + Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders. + Ensure that enterprise architecture principles are integrated into all projects. + Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. + Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure project success. + Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. + Utilize business relationship management skills to foster a collaborative work environment. + Leverage domain expertise in sales planning supply chain management and finance to inform project decisions. + Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications + Possess extensive experience in business relationship management and enterprise architecture. + Demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills. + Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Have a proven track record of successful program delivery. + Show proficiency in sales planning supply chain management and finance. + Be adept at risk management and problem-solving. + Display a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. **Certifications Required** Certified Business Relationship Manager TOGAF Certified **Applications will be accepted until August 1, 2025.** **Salary and Other Compensation** : The annual salary for this position is between $195,000 - $225,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
