As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that we maximize short and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunities. You'll oversee the on-time delivery, contract adherence and payment for our customers. In this dynamic role, you'll coordinate job activities across organizational boundaries, ensuring delivery to our customers.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Handling all activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management.Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control , to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes. Be familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC / escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the clients objectives.Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Subsea operations ( XTs installation , LS , IWOCS, Completion Running tools )Demonstrate experience of leading and motivating teams in a global-matrix environment to deliver succes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
