Job Description:
This job is responsible for leading cross functional teams to manage infrastructure delivery, including initiatives within Application Production Services and Engineering. Key responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for application teams and working with Technology stakeholders, Service Providers, and the business to deliver the Infrastructure Portfolio. Job expectations may include oversight and management of programs, coordinating activities across functional teams, remediating or escalating issues, and ensuring funding levels are maintained for key technology strategies.

Position Summary

Vulnerability Air Traffic control lead with strong coordination, process improvement and change management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience facing off to a set of technology leaders and driving resolution of a portfolio of vulnerabilities in that given CIO portfolio. He or she will be responsible for understanding the disposition of the vulnerabilities in a CIO portfolio and working with Application Owners and Infrastructure teams to coordinate remediation plans, provide remediation instructions, triage and summarize issues and participate in awareness and update forums related to information security vulnerabilities. Duties will include but not limited to: Structuring program routines and standard updates and artifacts, creating materials for leadership updates, working to create and obtain remediation plans and unstick blockers, monitoring metrics, scheduling and leading established meeting routines, and reporting progress of the portfolio. Bank of America experience strongly preferred. Experience with Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow and vulnerability management a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Oversees infrastructure delivery (scope, milestones, and capability) of the book of work and executes and monitors the progress of initiatives/projects to address roadblocks and issues proactively, including infrastructure impacted book of work and Technology Infrastructure (TI) strategic effortsActs as a single point of contact for all technology stakeholder needs including network, storage, server, and TI supporting software and serves as a point of escalation for issues and defining plans to resolve and communicate those problems requiring further attentionReports on key metrics, prioritizes the work across the portfolio, and monitors the overall health of the portfolioManages trusted relationships with the business and technology leaders and prepares a detailed portfolio level plan to agree on deliverables, including service levels and milestonesManages yearly and monthly initiative funding budget and allocations, providing financial transparency for Technology Cost of Application (TCOA) chargebacks, capital forecasting, initiative finances, and stale application volumesCommunicates Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) strategies, services, and products to technology stakeholders, advocates for top priorities within CTI, and influences change effectively through strong partnershipsLeads fellowship Communities of Practice (CPO) in the organization and across other delivery teams

Required Qualifications

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage with senior leaders (Tech Execs, App Owners, Risk Leads)Ability to analyze and manipulate high volumes of vulnerability dataAbility to prepare and deliver senior management updates.Ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.Comfort with ambiguity; flexible and able to navigate changing priorities and adjust to new learningsDevelop and implement strong processes and standard routines for operationAdvanced Excel Skills required ; MS PowerPoint Skills preferred.Basic understanding of IT Application & Server Architecture and Vulnerability ManagementPrior experience in vulnerability management or remediation (infrastructure, application)Prior experience in Confluence and JIRA to document content and retain knowledge artifacts.
