Your Role...
This position is onsite at our office in Belgrade.
In this role, you will be...Communicating with the client via email using clear, polite, and well-organized English and reporting issues to the supervisor in a timely mannerProviding a high-level of client service to a variety of insurance clientsReporting operation problems and proposing solutionsOptimizing established procedures and assisting with output conversionsCollaborating with a global team of experienced BPM partnersImplementing the audit plan, run the audit report, and identify the performance gapPerforming timely troubleshootingSetting up individual training plans and delivering trainingGenerating and analyzing data and reportsAssisting with new task onboarding
What You Need to be Successful...1+ years' work experienceSecondary education, four-year duration (vocational, artistic, secondary school)Client System Operation SkillsComputer Literacy and Typing SkillsEnglish proficiency - reading, writingMicrosoft Office SkillsProblem-Solving SkillsTraining Skills
