Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Respond to routine customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, resolving issues independently and escalating complex cases when needed.Generate accurate quotes for field and bench service requests and process service orders for repair, loaners, and rentals.Create RMAs in Oracle for U.S. customers and support RMA status updates and documentation accuracy.Complete service contract renewals with minimal support, ensuring alignment between contract terms, billing, and system data.Set up and update customer records and installed-base information in Oracle; conduct routine data quality checks.Support billing inquiries and coordinate with Accounting to resolve routine billing-related questions.Follow established SOPs and standard work to maintain accuracy and consistency in processing.Track personal KPIs (responsiveness, accuracy, backlog) and contribute to team Daily Management routines.Communicate effectively with internal teams such as Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Accounting to resolve customer needs.Provide accurate, timely information to internal partners to prevent delays or customer impacts.Other Responsibilities and Functions:
Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a sense of urgency to customer-impacting tasks.Adapt quickly to evolving systems, processes, and business requirements.Participate in identifying process abnormalities and improvement opportunities using introductory VES tools.Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus on customer experience in all interactions.Support documentation updates or SOP revisions as requested to sustain standard work.Contribute positively to team culture by collaborating, sharing knowledge, and supporting team goalsEducation and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years customer service, call center, or service administration experience.Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).Good computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.Knowledge of Oracle a plusSkills and Competencies:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and basic data entry/CRM/ERP functions; Oracle experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to explain information clearly and professionally.Ability to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across transactional and customer-facing work.Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand, anticipate, and respond to customer needs.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain composure under pressure, and deliver consistent results.Strong sense of ownership, organization, and follow-through.Demonstrates personal accountability, transparency, and reliability.Works effectively with cross-functional teams and builds constructive internal relationships.Shows initiative in learning new systems and processes and seeks opportunities to improve workflows.Uses introductory VES tools to identify and escalate abnormalities and contribute to problem-solving.Adapts well in a high-performance culture and embraces change and continuous improvement.Work Environment:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $21.00 - $24.00 USD per hour.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
