What\u2019s in it for you:
Service Coordinator will lead and support a team of Service Technicians within\u00A0assigned jobs across Finland. Plan and coordinate daily activities, ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians, and support in achieving operational goals. Provide administrative support to service operations,\u00A0maintain\u00A0strong team\u00A0cooperation, and ensure consistent service quality and customer\u00A0satisfaction.\u00A0
What you will do:\u00A0
Plan and\u00A0allocate\u00A0workloads for Service Technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.\u00A0Supervise technical and safety aspects of service work, ensuring\u00A0timely, high\u2011quality completion.\u00A0Review service reports, worksheets, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.\u00A0Identify\u00A0and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.\u00A0Collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams.\u00A0Lead\u00A0regular\u00A0coordination meetings and provide updates on backlog, forecast, and priorities.\u00A0Schedule service jobs, materials, subcontractors, and ensure\u00A0timely\u00A0completion of all interventions.\u00A0Prepare work orders, dispatch technicians, and communicate with customers.\u00A0Plan and track preventive maintenance activities according to contracts or operational needs.\u00A0Manage customer orders and documentation in planning systems and Oracle.\u00A0Oversee end\u2011to\u2011end procurement processes: issuing POs, ordering parts, receiving goods, and completing transactions.\u00A0Maintain\u00A0accurate\u00A0databases and administrative records (orders, contracts, sold equipment, claims, invoices, etc.).\u00A0Ensure all work follows safety rules, perform site safety follow-ups, and escalate issues when needed.\u00A0Support customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and coordinating responses.\u00A0Handle warranty claim collection and reporting.\u00A0Log service activities, technical data, and\u00A0required\u00A0documentation in tracking systems.\u00A0Monitor worksheets, quotations, orders, and equipment deliveries; prepare monthly\u00A0invoicing\u00A0packages for Service, Parts, and Equipment.\u00A0Perform quarterly stock checks with the Spare Parts team and reconcile with Oracle.\u00A0What you will bring:\u00A0
Minimum high school education (preferred University education)\u00A0Minimum 3 years of experience in Coordination of work in service\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0Experience in leading or supervising a small team welcome\u00A0Customer\u00A0orientation\u00A0\u00A0Ability to build long-term\u00A0relationship\u00A0both with a customer and within the team\u00A0Very good\u00A0organizational skills and attention to details\u00A0Ability to plan and\u00A0set up\u00A0priorities\u00A0\u00A0Assertiveness and courage to speak up\u00A0\u00A0Proactiveness and ability to take initiative\u00A0Ability to work under pressure\u00A0\u00A0High computer literacy (ability to work in different systems and programs and good knowledge of MS Office)\u00A0\u00A0English\u00A0knowledge\u00A0\u2013\u00A0communicative\u00A0level\u00A0We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
