As a Service Coordinator at Spectrum, you will play a pivotal role in keeping residential and commercial site surveys and construction projects on track and on schedule. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will ensure projects move forward smoothly, directly impacting Spectrum’s ability to deliver reliable services.

How You’ll Make an Impact   

Coordinate and track site surveys and construction project status for residential and commercial fiber and coax installationsSupport the permitting process by serving as a subject matter expert and maintaining accurate reporting for permitsSchedule and monitor construction referrals to ensure timely completionRespond to, route, and track requests and updates related to construction projectsMaintain construction management tools with current project statuses and notesMonitor and report on required pole transfer activitiesAdhere to applicable local, state and federal regulations and Spectrum policies

Education  

High School Diploma or equivalent work experienceContinuing education coursework in project administration or equivalent experience

Experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $33.40. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
