For our Trane Prague office we are looking for a person to take the position of\u00A0Service Coordinator.\u00A0

Role summary:\u00A0

Lead and support a team of Service Technicians within an assigned territory. Plan and coordinate daily activities, ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians, and support the Leader in achieving operational goals. Provide administrative support to service operations, maintain strong team cooperation, and ensure consistent service quality and customer\u00A0satisfaction.

Responsibilities:\u00A0

Plan and allocate workloads for Service Technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity targets.\u00A0

Supervise technical and safety aspects of service work, ensuring timely, high\u2011quality completion.\u00A0

Review service reports, worksheets, and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.\u00A0

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.\u00A0

Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and other internal teams.\u00A0

Lead weekly coordination meetings and provide updates on backlog, forecast, and priorities.\u00A0

Schedule service jobs, materials, subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of all interventions.\u00A0

Prepare work orders, dispatch technicians, and communicate with customers.\u00A0

Plan and track preventive maintenance activities according to contracts or operational needs.\u00A0

Manage customer orders and documentation in planning systems and Oracle.\u00A0

Oversee end\u2011to\u2011end procurement processes: issuing POs, ordering parts, receiving goods, and completing transactions.\u00A0

Maintain accurate databases and administrative records (orders, contracts, sold equipment, claims, invoices, etc.).\u00A0

Ensure all work follows safety rules, perform site safety follow-ups, and escalate issues when needed.\u00A0

Support customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and coordinating responses.\u00A0

Handle warranty claim collection and reporting.\u00A0

Log service activities, technical data, and required documentation in tracking systems.\u00A0

Monitor worksheets, quotations, orders, and equipment deliveries; prepare monthly\u00A0invoicing\u00A0packages for Service, Parts, and Equipment.\u00A0

Perform quarterly stock checks with the Spare Parts team and reconcile with Oracle.\u00A0

Coordinate logistics of equipment produced in our factories, ensuring accurate delivery planning, tracking, and communication with customers and internal stakeholders.\u00A0

Skills and qualifications:\u00A0

Minimum high school education (preferred University education)\u00A0

Minimum 3 years of experience in Coordination of work in service\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0

Experience in leading or supervising a small team welcome\u00A0

Customer orientation\u00A0\u00A0

Ability to build long-term\u00A0relationship\u00A0both with a customer and within the team\u00A0

Very good organizational skills and attention to details\u00A0

Ability to plan and\u00A0set up\u00A0priorities\u00A0\u00A0

Assertiveness and courage to speak up\u00A0\u00A0

Proactiveness and ability to take initiative\u00A0

Ability to work under pressure\u00A0\u00A0

High computer literacy (ability to work in different systems and programs and good knowledge of MS Office)\u00A0\u00A0

English knowledge \u2013 communicative level\u00A0
