Job Title: Service CoordinatorJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to support our sales representatives and provide customer order support and product/business information. This role acts as a business representative for the distribution channel, ensuring seamless customer service and order fulfillment.

ResponsibilitiesProvide quality customer service and order support for our customer base.Assist with purchase orders, providing updates on invoicing and ensuring accurate data entry.Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements and orders.Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams regarding product and business issues.Support the order fulfillment process by collaborating with outside sales representatives, product personnel, customer service, credit, and delivery teams.Maintain pricing and run sales reports.Reflect our business values in all interactions.Process orders using JDEdwards.Support other administrative duties and projects as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in customer service utilizing an enterprise system, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Administrative or sales support experience from a logistics or blue-collar environment.Proficiency in Excel and ability to adapt to new systems.Ability to manage ambiguity and support returning customers in person and via phone/email.Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.Excellent customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and sales support.Bilingual capabilities are a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.Ability to work independently, sometimes under pressure.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.Computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.Work Environment

The role follows a schedule from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including lunch. You will work in an office setting, with a warehouse located at the back of the facility. The team consists of eight members, including inside sales and warehouse associates. The environment is climate-controlled with multiple phone lines, and prolonged sitting and terminal use are expected. Minimal lifting of office equipment and supplies may be required. Overtime may be necessary at times. The team is close-knit and fosters a supportive training environment, providing opportunities to work closely with clientele and build strong relationships.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
