Pay: $22 - $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm or 7:30 am-4:30 pm
Full-time, year-round work

Responsibilities

Schedules and manages HVAC installations with sales staff and customers.

Answers client and customer questions.

Addresses and resolves any issues with installations when they arise.

Issues purchase orders and orders all equipment for upcoming installations.

Pulls all necessary permits for installations.

Inputs proper notes to keep installation technicians informed of job details.

Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.

Provides excellent customer service.

Other job duties assigned.

Qualifications

What You Need:

High school diploma or GED equivalent plus 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client relations roles

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to possess detailed knowledge of company goals, products, and servicesProficient in MS Office, problem solving, and the ability to remain calm, when working with frustrated customers and clients.Strong organizational and persuasive skills.
