**Job Title: Service Coordinator** **Wage - $70-85k Annually** **Job Description** + The Service Coordinator will provide support and assistance in all aspects of the service department. + This role involves coordinating the department's projects, developing quotations and work scopes, procuring materials, managing manpower, scheduling, and maintaining quality documentation. + The position requires 80% computer work, using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for tasks like providing quotes, scheduling services, ordering parts, and maintaining accurate records. + The remaining 20% involves hands-on tasks such as inventory management and collaborating with shop technicians. **Job Requirements** + 3+ years of experience in a similar work environment (Shop or Field) such as Service Coordinator, Production Coordinator, or Shop Management. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. + Experience in planning and scheduling. + Knowledge of parts and inventory management. + Experience with hydraulic equipment and troubleshooting. + Skills in service, repair, and hydraulic systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hydraulic experience or knowledge is an asset. **Why Work Here?** Join one of the largest full-service mobile hydraulic facilities in Western Canada, known for providing top-notch customer service for over 40 years.
